Not sure which service is right for you?

We're always happy to chat through your specific situation and discuss how we can best support you.

It takes 2 mins to sign up and another 10 mins to add details for the estate, including the deceased's accounts - input the ones you know, and we can help search for any others.

To notify companies on your behalf, we'll need the deceased's date of birth and death, last known address and a copy of the death certificate. Banks typically want the name of the executor, their date of birth, address and relationship to the deceased, but this varies.

All the data you share is encrypted during transit and at rest, and is stored in UK data centres that comply with ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Willow is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and complies with all regulations governing data storage, use and retention.

We can notify most accounts in the UK, including banks, building societies, insurance, investment accounts, utility companies, telecoms, streaming services and other subscriptions.

Tell Us Once is great, but it only covers Government bodies; we want to be the equivalent for the private sector. We can also notify Tell Us Once on your behalf so it's one less thing to remember.

Every company and institution has a different approach. Some will contact you directly to confirm next steps (e.g. a bank may require probate to release the funds), whilst others will simply close the account and send you a confirmation email.

Yes. You can invite family members, friends, or advisers to help. Each person gets their own login, and you control what they can see and do.

No. Willow is completely independent. We take no commission or referral fees, and any guidance we give is impartial.

You can email or call us any time. Once logged in, you can also book a call with a member of the Willow team directly from your dashboard. We can guide you through the process and answer any questions.

No. Willow handles the administrative side of bereavement - notifying organisations, closing accounts, keeping track of what needs to happen. For legal matters such as probate, contested wills, or complex estates, you should still speak to a qualified solicitor.
